LIC, Queens
A colleague and good friend of Alice’s lives out in Long Island City and we went round for drinks on Saturday night. Long Island City is part of Queens, which isn’t part of Manhattan but does have amazing views of the island. She also has fantastic views from her apartment.
It’s all very new and felt a bit like I imagine Milton Keynes does… Although I have never actually been to MK so that’s just a guess.
LIC is home to the famous Pepsi-Cola billboard, as seen in the last image.
