MoMA in macro

Unlike British galleries (or any others I’ve been to) the people at MOMA allow photography inside the gallery. The net result is hordes of tourists running around taking pictures of (or with) the most famous paintings. Of course some people aren’t sure which are the most famous, so take a photo of every painting.

I took a different approach, and as I was carrying my macro lens I thought it could be fun to macro a few favourites! The order is Van Gogh, Barnett Newman & lastly two Jackson Pollock’s.
